Reception
Welcome to Reception at St. Bede C of E Primary Academy.
If your child was born between 1st September 2019 and 31 August 2020, your child is due to start Reception in September 2024.
Reception class places at the start of the academic year are applied for through the Local Authority, using their online School Admissions Portal.
Pupils will be placed according to the admissions criteria within our school’s Admissions Policy. Should you wish your child to be considered for a place according to our Church or place of worship criteria, a Supplementary Information Form will need to be completed and returned to the school office.
The online application process closes on 15th January 2024 and school offer day will be mid-April 2024. Information will not be provided before this date in any circumstance and offers will be made by email only.
